Customer Rating: Summary: low price. valuable Comment: it is replaced Sony W80. Image quality is better than W80. In Particular supersensitive picture(i.e. ISO800) is better than W80. And low price is good.
Customer Rating: Summary: Love it! Comment: I bought this camera for my 8 year old daughter's birthday. It is easy enough for her to use and takes great pictures. I find myself using HER camera instead of my own due to it's better quality pictures. I recommend this to anyone looking for a small, lightweight, convenient and quality camera.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great camera, good price Comment: This camera has many functions, so many that I'm still not sure how to take advantage of them after a few months with it. All I can say is that a friend of mine who is an amateur photographer got a hold of it and took astonishing pictures with it.
Customer Rating: Summary: Dead/stuck pixel on LCD Display Comment: So, the DSC-W120 came in the mail today. I charged the battery via the charger, turned it on and viola: a dead or stuck pixel appeared on the top left of the LCD display. This is quite discouraging. I called Sony and they gave me the run-around even though their box states, "PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE STORE" urging costumers to call Sony with defective products. I took a few pictures and the dead/stuck pixel does not replicate itself in the photo. So, the question is should I keep it? Or return it and go through the hassle of a replacement or refund? I would like some insight here, since this is my first digital camera in (gasp) seven years!
Customer Rating: Summary: Great pictures, easy to use! Comment: I have to worst luck with cameras, but I've hit the jackpot here! I got this in pink from Best Buy a few days ago, and I'm absolutely in love! The size is perfect! This thing is sleek and small, but mighty powerful!! I was testing it, taking self pictures of my boyfriend and I, and when I took one picture, I moved the camera too quick to look at the picture, and expected to see a big blurr, but he and I were completely in focus! There was a little blurr on the wall behind us, but we were looking great!
My favorite feature, is that whatever you do with this camera, like when you change the setting, it tells you what that setting should be used for, I likt that a lot!!! It helps you take the best pictures! I had wanted a DSC-780, but Best Buy didn't have it, so the guy reccomended this one, and knocked $10 off the price for not having what I origionally wanted, and I'm VERY happy! :)

Capture smiles as they happen. The 7.2 megapixel Cyber-shot W120 features innovative Smile Shutter technology which photographs smiles as they happen. Built to impress, this model boasts a Carl Zeiss 4x optical zoom lens for high quality close-ups and Sony's Double Anti-Blur solution for crisp, clear images. For speedy recovery, the BIONZ image processor gets you ready for the next shot. In addition, it has Face Detection technology that detects up to eight faces and optimizes focus, exposure, and color for accurate, natural photos of family and friends.
