Comment: This is a raisin-filled stollen, similar to Irish soda bread, but sweeter and more packed with fruit and dusted with powdered sugar. Great for breakfast, or afternoon snack, or light dessert after dinner. It is rather large so can you can easily feed 6 -12 folks with this.

Unfortunately, I found this stollen in my local supermarket for $7.99 after I had purchased it online for $14.95.
